The reason for the cancellation is that LD has been proposed as a manager of a new fund. If the proposed legislative amendment is implemented, that will mean an increase in the total asset under management from 2021 and onwards.
The revised tender material is to a large degree similar to the former material. The material has mainly been changed to accustom the expected increase in the volume of the fund.
